How much does an AI agent or CRM implementation cost?
It depends on scope: a typical AI-agent project starts around $800–1500, and CRM implementation from about $1000 depending on the number of integrations and automations. We give an exact estimate on a free consultation after a short process audit.
Which CRM systems do you implement?
Most often HubSpot, Pipedrive and KeyCRM. We pick the system to fit your sales process and budget, set up pipelines, automations and integrations with messengers, telephony and your website, then train the team.
What is the difference between n8n and Make, and which to choose?
Make is a cloud service with a simple visual editor — fast to start for typical scenarios. n8n is more flexible, can be self-hosted (important for data privacy) and cheaper at high volumes. For most B2B teams we recommend n8n; see our blog article for details.
How long does launch take?
The first working result is usually within 1–2 weeks. A simple AI agent or basic CRM setup takes around 14 days; complex projects with many integrations take 3–6 weeks. We work iteratively: launch the core first, then expand.
Do you integrate AI agents with our existing tools?
Yes. We connect AI agents to Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, your website, telephony and your CRM. We use OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) and Gemini models, and orchestrate processes via n8n/Make and custom FastAPI services.
Do you work with businesses outside Ukraine?
Yes, we work with clients in Ukraine and the EU. We communicate in Ukrainian and English and deliver documentation and agent interfaces in the language you need. The team is based in Bucharest, Romania.
