How we store your data, who can access it and what happens to it after the project ends. Everything important on this page goes into the contract.

Six rules for handling your data

  • Data in the EU or on your side

    Our automation server runs in a data centre in France, and the website chat database is in Ireland.

    If data must not leave your company, we install n8n, the CRM or the database on your server or in your cloud account.

  • Confidentiality in the contract

    Every contract has a section on confidentiality and personal data under the Ukrainian Law on Personal Data Protection.

    If you need a separate NDA, we sign it before you show us any data. We never publish client names without their permission.

  • The code and data are yours

    Property rights to the code pass to you from the moment it is written. The database and access credentials are yours too.

    When we stop working together, within 5 working days we hand over the code, a copy of the database, the access credentials and a short guide.

  • Access under your control

    We sign in to your systems with separate accounts that you can switch off at any time.

    You pay third-party services (CRM, telephony, server) directly, so they never depend on us.

  • AI does not train on your data

    We connect OpenAI, Anthropic and Google models through paid APIs. Under these providers’ terms, data from such requests is not used to train their models.

    If data must not leave your company, we run an open model on your server. Actions involving money or documents can require a human to confirm.

  • If something breaks

    We respond to an incident within 4 hours during working hours and show progress twice a week.

    On your server we set up HTTPS, backups and updates together with the system itself.

Questions from your security team

Can everything run on our own server?

Yes. We install n8n, the CRM and the database on your server or in your cloud account, with HTTPS, backups and updates. Your data then stays inside your company, and we work through the access you grant.

Who on your team sees our data?

Only the people working on your project. Each of them signs in with a separate account, so you can see who has access. When the project ends, you switch our accounts off.

What happens to our data if we stop working together?

Within 5 working days we hand over the code, a copy of the database, the access credentials and a short guide, and help move the hosting to your account. This is written into the contract.

Does the AI learn from our data?

No. We connect OpenAI, Anthropic and Google models through paid APIs, and under these providers’ terms data from such requests is not used for training. If data must not leave your company at all, we run an open model on your server.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes. Confidentiality is already part of every contract, and we sign a separate NDA before you show us any data.

Where is the company registered?

Business Atlas operates as Oleh Marechko, individual entrepreneur (ФОП), registered in Ukraine. The team works from Bucharest, with clients in Ukraine and the EU. Company details are on the contact page.
